This year’s theme is ‘Grasp fire safety, Ensure high-quality development.’ To further strengthen the campus safety work, enhance the fire safety awareness of teachers and students, and improve the self-rescue and prevention ability to keep calm in case of fire and evacuate safely according to the fire escape route in an orderly and standard way, Beijing Haidian Kaiwen Academy conducted the first fire evacuation drill of this school year on November 9, 2022.

The urgent siren sounded precisely at 11 a.m., and the fire evacuation drill began on November 9, 2022. After hearing the alarm, the teachers quickly arrived at the designated spot and guided the students to evacuate soon. They led the students to evacuate in an emergency, covering their mouths and noses, walking swiftly along the evacuation route, and vacating the safe zone of the school in an orderly manner. Beijing Haidian Kaiwen Academy invited seven firefighters from Yuquanshan Fire Station to give on-site guidance in this evacuation drill.
